Handsome mid-century Italian studio pottery asymmetric rounded quadrilateral decorative bowl.
Measurements:
Length 21cm / 8.25” (at longest point)
Width 19cm / 7.5” (at widest point)
Height 4cm / 1.5”
Features two playful frolicking male satyrs/fauns in Fantoni’s signature cubist style, in sgraffito outline with brightly coloured harlequin glazes on a midnight blue/black ground.
In excellent undamaged condition, glazes bright and glossy. Signed with Fantoni signature and emblem to reverse, see photos.
