1950’s J&G Meakin Romany Coffee Set on the Grace/Lyric Shape
Pretty pink floral coffee set, comprising small coffee pot, open sugar bowl and creamer, plus 3 demitasse cups and saucers.
The design features a sprig of flowers, grasses & leaves in pink, green and blue, with a smaller motif on the back of each piece. The body of the china is in a white matt satin-finish glaze.
Each piece features an impressed or printed J&G Meakin backstamp.
Perfect vintage condition - no chips, cracks or crazing. Lovely as a tea or coffee-for-two set, with the bonus of a spare cup & saucer!
Coffee pot measures approx 6” tall.
Saucers 5.25” diameter.
Cups 2.5” tall, 3” diameter.
Jug 3.5” at tallest point.
Sugar Bowl 2.5” tall, 3.5” diameter.
British made vintage items from 1950s Staffordshire.
