A selection of stunning Midwinter Pottery Stylecraft tea service pieces in the Wild Geese pattern, designed in the 1950s by Peter Scott.

Each piece features different beautiful illustrations of geese - in flight, landing, and on the ground. The design is in shades of blue, grey and brown with a grey stripe to the rims, and pale grey handles to the cup and jug. The saucers and plates are in the classic Midwinter "TV screen" rounded square shape.

Sir Peter Scott was an eminent British naturalist and conservationist, who dedicated his life to the protection of birds and wildlife. He was the only child of Captain Robert Falcon Scott, the leader of the famously ill-fated expedition of 1912 to the South Pole.
