Arklow Pottery “Larne” Blue & White 1970s Coffee Set
Fabulously 70s style blue and white 15-piece coffee set featuring bold cobalt blue patterned band reminiscent of Spanish tiles on the cups and coffee pot, with wide cobalt stripe on the saucers and solid cobalt circle to the top of the flat coffee pot lid. The background is glazed bright glossy white, and the cup style is low, wide and pleasingly stackable for a very continental look.

6 x Coffee cups (3.5”/9cm diameter at rim, 2.25”/5.75cm tall)
6 x Coffee saucers (6”/15.25cm diameter)
1 x Milk jug (4.375”/11cm tall)
1 x Open Sugar Bowl (3.5”/9cm diameter at rim, 2.25”/5.75cm tall)
The Larne pattern is named after a seaside town on the East coast of Northern Ireland, it also comes in a red colourway.
Arklow Pottery was a 20th Century pottery manufacturer in the Republic of Ireland which traded for over 60 years from 1934-1999.
